I have been taking photographs since the early 1960’s. Of course, back then I used only film cameras, resulting in black and white and color photos on paper. Later on I took pictures with color slide film. I even took some quickie pictures with a few Polaroid cameras. Today I use a mirrorless, digital camera which has offered me convenience, economy, and excellent results. I was fortunate to travel the world while serving in the Military (USAF). We visited and lived in places from Texas to Thailand. They provided me with many excellent photo opportunities. I will publish some of those photographs after they’ve been converted into digital form. In the meantime, I have plenty of other, more recent photos to show you. The pictures below were all taken in the Summer of 2013, in and around the towns of Rockport and Gloucester, Massachusetts using a Panasonic, Lumix ZS19, point and shoot camera. They came out quite well considering the camera holds a 12MP sensor. There are other photos from that visit, but I thought a dozen or so would be fine for the first post. I hope my meager efforts are pleasing to you. If you like what you see, please comment and press the like tab. P.S. This is my first attempt at a photo blog. I have another blog, a writing blog. It’s called Humorous Interludes found at: http://ronyaroshauthor.com/.
