Here are some of the pictures I took while on a day trip to British Columbia some years ago.
The gardens were part of a tour we took in August 0f 2004 while vacationing in Seattle. It was an overcast day making flower photography easier.
There will be more pics from the gardens in a future post, and I’ll follow up with some shots of the harbor area and downtown B.C.

This is a view from an elevated area just before you enter the gardens.
Here is a fountain in a nice hideaway.
The place was meticulously maintained.
A red bridge, reminiscent of Japan.
A peek through the foliage into a harbor area.
A sculpture of Mercury.
A great arrangement of flowers in a burst of color.

Really beautiful Ron. Particularly like the pic with the water framed by the plants. The second shot in is also really striking. Is it as peaceful as it seems?
